You can submit the drilling notification online for the drilling of boreholes for subsequent development into geothermal probes in accordance with Art. 30 BayWG. The drilling notification is generally sufficient for geothermal probes that do not reach into the groundwater. An application for permission must be completed for geothermal probes that reach into the groundwater.
