Anyone who commercially offers services in connection with the provision of sexual services by at least one other person or provides premises for this purpose (prostitution establishment, prostitution vehicle, prostitution event or prostitution agency) requires a permit. You can use this form to submit an application for a prostitution establishment, for a prostitution event or for a proxy permit. The permit does not replace any other necessary permit and notification obligations under other regulations, in particular under the provisions of the law on restaurants, trade, construction, water and immission control.
