You can apply online to move out of shared accommodation. The persons named in Art. 4 Para. 3 AufnG are generally entitled to move out of the shared accommodation or decentralized accommodation, unless an exception applies. These groups of persons who are generally entitled to move out must provide evidence of other accommodation whose costs do not exceed a reasonable amount and must notify the competent authority of their move out at least two months in advance.
