The Free State of Bavaria supports measures in which socially disadvantaged or individually impaired young people are trained. The aim of the measures is to ensure a successful transition from school to work and long-term integration into the labor market.

Young people who have particular difficulties finding their place in the world of work due to social disadvantages and individual impairments are to be integrated professionally and socially.
Projects are funded, but not individuals or institutions. The projects must be designed in such a way that the young participants, who have particularly difficult starting conditions, receive tailored support so that they can subsequently find work, training or a profession.
Legal entities and natural persons under public and private law can apply for funding.
Up to 60% of the total eligible expenditure from state funds of the Free State of Bavaria.
The concept for the planned measure must be suitable and promising. It must meet regional needs.
The project sponsors submitting the application must be reliable and capable (both financially and in terms of personnel). Proof of references, a certified quality management system, auditing or a seal of approval must be submitted.
