Procedure details

The app allows those entitled to state aid from the Free State of Bavaria to submit receipts digitally to the relevant aid office. There are currently two ways of recording receipts. You can simply photograph the receipts using the app or upload them as PDF files. Please note the processing instructions! The receipts are stored in the app in encrypted form and then transmitted in encrypted form. As soon as the application has been received by the State Finance Office, the status message "Submission successful" is sent to your app.

IMPORTANT: The app can only be activated if you are registered in the Mitarbeiterservice Bayern portal! (Information on this can be found on the information page "BeihilfeBayern App").

LOGIN AND REGISTRATION

In order to use the app, you must activate it as part of the registration process. The following steps are necessary for this:

  1. Enter your personnel number and date of birth
  2. Determination of a password
  3. Complete the registration process by entering an activation code. The activation code is displayed in the "Mitarbeiterservice Bayern" portal under "BeihilfeOnline". It can be scanned via the app or entered manually. After activation, you can use the app.
