Description
The Free State of Bavaria grants the providers of private special schools reimbursement of personnel costs for privately employed teaching staff, other educational staff as well as privately employed nursing staff and private administrative staff at private special schools.
Under certain conditions, the providers of private special schools can receive funding in accordance with Art. 33 of the Bavarian School Financing Act or Art. 34a of the Bavarian School Financing Act.

Proceedings
A written application must be submitted by the school authority to the government of the administrative district in which the private special school is located for each person who is to be included in the reimbursement of personnel costs.
Applications are processed by the responsible government. The allowances for personnel expenses are granted monthly by the State Office of Finance.

The application for the reimbursement of personnel costs must be submitted anew for each teacher, special educational teaching assistant, nursing and administrative staff.
