Description
A maneuver is a realistic military exercise that can be held on or outside a military training area. Maneuvers are training activities of the corresponding military units and serve to prepare for deployment.
The maneuvers must be registered in good time with the competent authority by the unit carrying them out. When registering, the extent to which roads are expected to be used in excess of normal traffic conditions must be stated.
As a rule, the Bavarian State Chancellery, the government or the district administrative authority are responsible for accepting maneuver notifications.
