Description
Persons who hold a probationary driving license and who have again committed a traffic offence after attending a special advanced training seminar may be ordered by the driving license authority to attend a traffic psychology consultation.
Counselling may only be carried out by persons who are officially recognized. Persons who have confirmation from the Traffic Psychology Section of the Professional Association of German Psychologists that they meet the relevant requirements are deemed to be officially recognized.
Withdrawal or revocation of recognition will be issued by the government of the Upper Palatinate if the relevant requirements are not (or no longer) met.
Requirements
