Do you have a registered aircraft but no longer have the original documents? You can apply for the following duplicates from the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (LBA):

  • Certificate of airworthiness
  • registration certificate
  • Noise protection certificate

To obtain a duplicate, you must

  • provide details of the aircraft and
  • justify your application.

You can apply for duplicates

  • as the owner
  • or on behalf of the owner.

You can complete the documentation for your aircraft with one or more duplicates.
