The legal basis for the organization and implementation of the rescue service in Bavaria is the Bavarian Rescue Service Act (BayRDG), the Ordinance on the Implementation of the Bavarian Rescue Service Act (AVBayRDG) and the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Integrated Control Centres (ILSG).
