A regular service is a regular transport connection established between specific departure and arrival points on which passengers can board and alight at specific stops.

  3. they are professionally qualified (certificate of professional competence from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce),
  4. he and the contractors commissioned by him to carry out transport services have their registered office or place of business within the meaning of commercial law in Germany.

In addition, the objective requirements for approval must be met (e.g. public transport interests, local transport planning requirements).

Costs (fees and expenses) shall be charged for official acts in accordance with this Act and the legal provisions based on this Act.

The Ordinance on the Operation of Motor Vehicle Operators in Passenger Transport (BOKraft) contains regulations that go beyond the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) regarding
