Procedure details

Medical reports and certificates to verify incapacity for duty may include the following:

  • Upon receipt of the examination order, the Medical Examination Office requests doctor's notes/clinical findings directly from the officer to be examined.

The application for a review of permanent disability is submitted in writing to the relevant personnel department, which commissions the medical examination office of the relevant district government.
