There are pacified districts by law, such as buildings used for human habitation and buildings that are spatially connected to such buildings. In addition, the hunting authority can declare districts pacified in certain cases. However, the landowner or authorized user may appropriate dead game, downed game and dropping poles.
In pacified districts, the lower hunting authority (district administrative authority) may permit the owner, the person entitled to use the land, the owner of the hunting ground or their representative to carry out certain hunting activities, limited to certain game species and for a certain period of time.
Permission is deemed to have been granted if the owner of the hunting ground, with the consent of the landowner or authorized user, hunts furred game and wild rabbits with trapping gear within the hunting seasons.
