Procedure details

The federal government supplements civil protection equipment in the areas of fire protection, NBC protection, medical services and support.

The additional equipment is provided by the federal government. The federal states allocate the equipment to the authorities responsible for civil protection. These authorities can pass the equipment on to the organizations responsible for the units and facilities.
