Procedure details

This enables you to prove to the client or subcontractor that your company has paid the contributions to the statutory accident insurance.
If you require a clearance certificate or qualified clearance certificate, you can request this from the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture (SVLFG).

  • Your company belongs to the SVLFG.
  • You have paid the contributions to the statutory accident insurance.
  • If there are still outstanding claims against your company, you will only receive the clearance certificate after the money has been received.
  • You regularly meet your obligation to provide proof.

  • Required Documents

    You do not need to submit any documentation.

You can request the qualified clearance certificate by phone, in writing, in person, or electronically.

If you want to apply for the clearance certificate by phone:

  • Call one of the following:
  • a regional location, an office, or the nationwide hotline of the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry, and Horticulture, or
  • the hotline of the statutory accident insurance.
  • Provide all required information about the company.
  • Request that a clearance certificate be sent to you.
  • After receiving your application, the SVLFG will check whether the conditions for issuing a clearance certificate are met.
  • If this is the case, you will receive the clearance certificate by post or electronically via the portal.

If you want to apply for the clearance certificate in writing:

  • Write a letter or email to a regional location, an office of the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture.
  • Include all required information about the company.
  • Request that a clearance certificate be sent to you.
  • After receiving your application, the SVLFG will check whether the conditions for issuing a clearance certificate are met.
  • If this is the case, you will receive the clearance certificate by post or electronically via the portal.

If you want to apply for the clearance certificate in person:

  • Visit a regional location or an office of the Social Insurance for Agriculture, Forestry and Horticulture.
  • Provide all the necessary information about the company.
  • Apply there verbally for the certificate.
  • After receiving your application, the SVLFG will check whether the requirements for issuing a clearance certificate are met.
  • If this is the case, you will receive the clearance certificate in person, by post or electronically via the portal.

If you want to apply for the clearance certificate electronically:

  • You already have a personal account on the "My SVLFG" portal:
    • Visit the SVLFG insured portal and log in with your personal credentials.
    • Request the clearance certificate directly in your insured account.
    • After receiving your application, the SVLFG will check whether the conditions for issuing a clearance certificate are met.
    • If this is the case, you will receive the clearance certificate by mail or electronically via the portal.
  • You do not have a personal account on the portal "My SVLFG" :
    • Visit the SVLFG insurance portal and log in as a guest.
    • Request the clearance certificate.
    • After receiving your application, the SVLFG will check whether the requirements for issuing a clearance certificate are met.
    • If this is the case, you will receive the clearance certificate by mail.

There are no costs.

You do not have to meet any deadlines.
