Overview of the procedure at non-governmental schools:
The application must be submitted to the responsible government by the school authority using the electronic application form (available on the homepage of the State Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs, see further links) by November 15 of each year (cut-off deadline). Applications submitted after this date can no longer be considered.
The project week(s) must be carried out by the end of July of a school year.
Funding recipients must submit proof of use (without submitting supporting documents) to the responsible government no later than six months after the end of the approval period in accordance with the template provided by the Bavarian State Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs (available on the homepage of the State Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs, see further links).
Under "Further links" you can access information on processing (collection of the latest letters from the Ministry of Education and checklists with important information on processing etc.) and forms. Please note the different procedures for state and non-state schools (municipal schools and private alternative schools) before you plan and carry out the project weeks and call up your available budget. This will help you to avoid possible inquiries from the government and delays in the payment of invoices.
School authorities of schools located in different administrative districts must submit a separate application to the relevant government.
The implementation of a project week is obligatory for municipal schools.
