Companies under mining supervision as well as mining operations, visitor mines and visitor caves must submit current data to the responsible mining authority for statistical purposes.
If employees are exposed to silicogenic dusts, they must report this to the supervisory authority (mining authority).
The re-entry of accident victims must also be reported to the competent mining authority.
