Companies that have a secure supply chain status approved by the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt must ensure that the security program for the operating sites is always up to date during the respective approval period.

Your changes may be reviewed as part of an on-site inspection. The basis for approval of the change or repeated approval (extension) is a safety program that corresponds to the current circumstances. Depending on the type of change notified, you will receive a notification.

Depending on the type of change notified, you will receive a notification from the authority once the procedure has been completed. If necessary, the data to be published (e.g. in the Union database on supply chain security) for the operating site will also be adjusted.
Due to the amendment of the Aviation Security Fees Ordinance, new fee obligations have applied since 01.02.2024 for the change and extension of your status as a secure supply chain entity.
The fees are based on the Aviation Security Fees Ordinance.
