Description
You can become self-employed in trades not requiring a license and in trades similar to trades without any special licensing requirements. You must immediately notify the Chamber of Crafts in whose district your commercial establishment is located of the operation of a craft not requiring a license or a trade similar to a craft and have it entered in the register of crafts not requiring a license and trades similar to a craft.
Upon registration in the register of trades not requiring a license and similar trades, the business becomes a member of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts and is obliged to pay contributions in accordance with the contribution regulations of the respective Chamber of Skilled Crafts.
