The districts can honor deserving citizens with their own awards.
Former district administrators can be awarded the honorary title of "former district administrator".

However, any citizen can also propose a deserving citizen award to the district administration office (merits and time spent with the district must be presented). Those who nominate themselves cannot be considered.
