Description
Service providers and workshops either have the opportunity to test or restore the functionality of installations for digital radio BOS within the scope of orders from recognized authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS), or the service providers develop services or products for digital radio BOS on their own initiative with the intention of making a profit in order to be able to offer them to BOS later. The cards are applied for by the service provider at the AS BY after prior approval by the Tactical Technical Operations Centre/Integrated Control Centre (TTB/ILS) commissioning the service provider. If there is no order from a TTB/ILS, it is the responsibility of the AS BY to approve the application.
The cards are in stock at the AS BY and will be sent to the applicant after the application has been checked. The loan period is up to one year with the possibility of extension.

The applicant must have its registered office in the Free State of Bavaria.

Proceedings
The form must be completed by the service provider and submitted to the commissioning BOS for confirmation. If the commissioning BOS is located in Bavaria, the order is then placed by the TTB/ILS responsible for the commissioning BOS by email to as.by.lst@polizei.bayern.de.
In the case of service providers without a BOS order or clients based outside Bavaria, the service provider submits the form directly to AS BY (email to as.by.lst@polizei.bayern.de). AS BY then orders the service provider cards.

Special notes
The applicant may only use the service provider cards/workshop cards for functional testing or troubleshooting. Any use in the context of development activities is prohibited and will result in the cards being withdrawn.
