Description
As foundation authorities, the governments must ensure in particular that the basic assets are preserved undiminished, that the income is used as intended and that the provisions of the foundation charter are complied with.
The foundation authorities have a comprehensive right to information and disclosure so that the aforementioned tasks can be carried out effectively. For its part, the foundation has the obligation to immediately notify any changes to the address, the power of representation and the composition of the organs. For this purpose, the current version of the supplementary statutes applicable to the foundation and those relevant for supervision (in particular the rules of procedure) must also be submitted to the competent authority.
