Aim of the training program

Environmentally friendly and quality-oriented production of raw materials and production of high-quality brandies as well as preparation for the final vocational examination.

Form of the training program

The training program comprises 6 full-time course weeks spread over 2 winter semesters. The seminars build on existing experience in the production of fine brandies. The content is geared towards practical requirements. They require the participants' own commitment in theory and practice and assume that certain parts of the training will be deepened on the participants' own responsibility.

  • Producing distillates with distillery technology

  • 4.5 years of distilling experience as a distiller in the main or secondary profession
  • Owner or co-owner of a settlement or capping distillery

1,200 € course fee (excluding accommodation and meals)

Examination fee: EUR 180 for participation in the final examination in the training occupation of burner, admission according to § 45 para. 2 BBiG

  • Appeal procedure (optional); lodging an appeal

    If the objection has no suspensive effect, an application for suspension of enforcement can be made to the original authority or the objection authority in accordance with Section 80 (4) VwGO. Instead, an application for an order or restoration of the suspensive effect of the objection can be made to the competent Bavarian Administrative Court in accordance with Section 80 (5) VwGO.

    Please note: If it concerns the demand for public charges and costs (§ 80 Para. 2 Sentence 1 No. 1 VwGO), an application to the court is generally only admissible if the authority has previously rejected an application for suspension of enforcement (§ 80 Para. 6 VwGO).
