The online portal "komm weiter in B@yern" offers employees and companies an overview of the wide range of training opportunities in the state. With the help of the further training pilot, you can find individual advice, further training and funding opportunities.
The central further education portal kommweiter.bayern.de of the Free State of Bavaria bundles basic and further information as well as offers on the subject of further vocational training. At the heart of the portal is the further training guide: After selecting your target group, sector and desired region, you will be directed to a list of results with relevant further training, advice and funding opportunities. You can filter the search results individually according to these categories. A detailed view shows you further information on the offers, contact options and relevant links for each search result.
The portal also provides information about the changing world of work and the opportunities and goals of vocational training. In portrait films and success stories, employees and companies from Bavaria report on their positive experiences with further vocational training. Let yourself be inspired!

The Free State of Bavaria supports you in financing measures for the qualification and employment promotion of unemployed persons and persons threatened by unemployment.
Participants in vocational upgrading training measures, e.g. to become a master craftsman, technician, business administrator or educator, can apply for upgrading BAföG (also known as Meister-BAföG).
If you would like to continue your professional training, the Jobcenter will pay the costs of further training for you under certain conditions.
