The Free State of Bavaria supports the providers of state-recognized advice centres for pregnancy issues.
The purpose of the funding is to ensure a sufficient pluralistic range of local advice centers.
Eligible for funding are the providers in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 of the Bavarian Pregnancy Counselling Act (BaySchwBerG) of state-recognized counselling centres for pregnancy issues with a defined catchment area in the Free State of Bavaria.
The providers of state-recognized pregnancy advice centres are eligible to apply, provided they meet the requirements of Art. 17 and 18 BaySchwBerG.
Funding can be provided for the necessary management and administrative costs (personnel and material expenses) of the provider of state-recognized pregnancy advice centres that are incurred for the operation of pregnancy advice centres in accordance with the BaySchwBerG and the Implementing Ordinance to the Bavarian Pregnancy Advice Act (BaySchwBerV), as amended.
Funding is provided as partial funding within the framework of project funding. Grants of up to 65% of the provider's eligible expenditure are awarded.

The application and verification of use is carried out by the government of Middle Franconia.
The application must be submitted by September 15 of the previous year at the latest.
Proof of use must be submitted by March 31 of the year following approval at the latest.
