- Advising schools in the area of school development and quality improvement in the respective subject areas
- Providing specialist advice on the implementation of target agreements as part of the evaluation process
- Planning, implementation and organization of regional teacher training courses
- Assisting with the implementation of new curricula
- Collaboration in networking between schools
- Expanding communication with external bodies such as companies, guilds and chambers of commerce
The coordinators for vocational preparation have the following tasks, among others
- Advising schools in the area of vocational preparation (current KMS, class formation, ...)
- Providing specialist advice on the implementation of vocational preparation courses
- Planning, implementation and organization of regional teacher training courses and staff meetings
- Collaboration in the implementation of new curricula
- Collaboration in networking between schools
The multipliers for official school administration (ASV) have the following tasks, among others:
- Contact person for professional and technical questions at schools
- Supporting schools with the installation and maintenance of ASV
- Processing inquiries from schools in the ticket system
- Interface between schools and the ASV core team
- Offering regional teacher training courses on how to use ASV and introducing new functions of the software
- Hotline during the teaching situation (US)
The digital education advisors at the governments have the following tasks, among others
- Supporting the authorities and schools in the implementation of funding programs for digital equipment in schools
- Advising schools on functional and future-proof technical equipment for classrooms and integrated subject classrooms
- Information on current technical developments and innovations in the area of school IT infrastructures
- Assessing the eligibility for funding of general or vocational equipment items
- Promoting the sensible educational use of digital media in schools
- Supporting media education as a school development process
- Coordinating the use of speakers from the comprehensive training offensive for internal school training courses
