Anyone who is authorized to train

  • who has passed the master craftsman's examination in the craft in which training is to be provided, and also
  • anyone who otherwise fulfills the requirements for entry in the Register of Craftsmen and has passed Part IV of the master craftsman's examination or a trainer aptitude test.

Professional aptitude is only granted on a revocable basis. Recognition does not replace the need to provide proof of vocational and occupational training knowledge.
