The purpose of the funding is to ensure a sufficient pluralistic range of local advice centers.
Eligible for funding are state-recognized pregnancy counselling centres with a defined catchment area in the Free State of Bavaria in accordance with Art. 12 Para. 1 of the Bavarian Pregnancy Counselling Act (BaySchwBerG).
The providers of pregnancy counseling centers are eligible to apply, provided they meet the requirements of Art. 17 BaySchwBerG.
The personnel and material expenses necessary for the operation of a recognized counselling centre can be funded in accordance with the BaySchwBerG and the Implementing Ordinance to the Bavarian Pregnancy Counselling Act (BaySchwBerV) as amended.
Funding is provided as partial funding within the framework of project funding. Grants of up to 15% of the eligible expenditure of a pregnancy advice center are awarded.
