The energy transition is a major challenge that can only be mastered together. The goals of "LandSchafftEnergie" are to avoid using energy in the first place, to use the energy we do use even more efficiently and to fully exploit existing potential.
The aim is to establish a decentralized energy supply as quickly as possible that is based on local, renewable resources, is economically viable and at the same time guarantees security of supply.
As a joint project of the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry and the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Energy and Technology, the LandSchafftEnergie advisory network offers information and advice on the energy transition in rural areas across all authorities in Bavaria.
Through the participation of all offices for rural development and the offices for food, agriculture and forestry, a nationwide network of advisors is available to all interested parties. With the technical support of the state institutes and research facilities of the Ministry of State, LandSchafftEnergie bundles the competencies relating to renewable energies in and from rural areas and acts as a contact, advisor and mediator.
The project is coordinated by the Technology and Funding Center in close cooperation with the Ministry of Economics and Agriculture.
