Anyone who creates an obstacle without notifying the municipality in good time may be fined.
If obstructions in the form of installations or equipment that have not been reported or have been prohibited by the municipality are nevertheless created, the independent municipalities and district authorities can order the necessary safety or repair work or decommissioning.
