Purpose

The Free State of Bavaria promotes the adaptation of existing rental housing to meet the needs of people with disabilities within the framework of the Bavarian Housing Program with a performance-free building loan of up to EUR 10,000.

Object

Owners of rented housing can receive a performance-free building loan of up to EUR 10,000 for structural measures to adapt existing rented housing to the needs of people with disabilities (e.g. installation of a disabled bathroom or stair lift, construction of a ramp for wheelchair users).

For structural measures in existing buildings to adapt rented accommodation to the needs of people with disabilities, owners of rented accommodation can receive a performance-free building loan of up to EUR 10,000.
